“this is one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. price/value is not there. the receptionist was rude and when I want to borrow the kettle (they don't keep one in the room), waited for an hour, then he said he is busy. the housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room, this hotel only have breakfast served. overall, a big disappointment, never again, I will stay at Fourside”

“super zentral gelegen. Ideal, um zu Fuß die wunderschöne Stadt zu erkunden, auch mit schönen Lädchen. Sehr saubere und renovierte Zimmer. Charmantes und freundliches Service-Team.
Dadurch, dass sich das Hotel quasi mitten in der Fußgängerzone befindet und derzeit viele Baustellen, Sperrungen und enge Einbahnstraßen sind, war es für uns schwierig, mit dem Auto-Navi in der Nacht, dorthin zu finden. Die E-Ladesäule in der Hotel-Garage ist zwar vorinstalliert, aber war zu dem Zeitpunkt leider noch……

“The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. “I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)”
