Even though we got there after midnight they were still very accommodating. Would recommend informing them what time you will be arriving roughly so they know Would defo stay again. One thing to bear in mind, Egyptian cleanliness standards are pretty low in general all over the country, so dont judge!"

"They upgraded us to a flat instead of a studio which was really nice but the flat didn’t have any toiletries or towels."

"My experience at this hotel was terrible. The bed sheets were dirty and smelled awful. There were roaches in the hotel. The staff ignored all my messages. I booked 6 days but checked out after 2 because I couldn’t sleep properly in those conditions. When I left, the staff didn’t care and didn’t even apologize. This was completely unacceptable."
