"From the very beginning of reserving this property the owner was in great communication. Throughout the stay, and after our stay the excellent communication continued. The property itself felt like a post card of tropical paradise. The secluded location was a great "get away" from the tourist heavy coastal towns of the Yucatan. The snorkeling and kayaks available were all in great shape. I highly recommend going out with them! The star gazing roof was amazing. I live in a major US city, and to see this many stars was almost disorienting! The comfortable chairs on the roof made it hard to peel yourself away form the sea of stars! The kitchen is somewhat primitive, but has all the basic needs to make good meals. There is a fridge, 2 burner stove, sink, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and plenty of counter space. The beach on their property is in great shape! The caregiver keeps it clean and inviting. There is plenty of lounging areas all along the beach on the property. The caretaker Oscar, and his wife, were super nice, helpful, and made us feel like friends! They were also intuitive to know how much attention/privacy we wanted. The home owner is lucky to have them! The ONLY complaint is also one of the things that makes it great. The beach road to get there is in rough shape (partly due to excessive rain during the dry season). This is good because you don't many other tourists coming to the area. If you want a remote beach paradise, this is it!"
