“Clean, quiet and much less expensive than most other places to stay in the area. Very close to the Verde River and the Out of Africa wildlife park, pretty easy to get to and obviously undergoing renovations; I have to say that our room was easily one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable, our host was friendly and I enjoyed our stay.”

“The lodge is not part of the casino-- it's a separate building and the lobby there is permanently closed. The hotel has exterior hallways and room entrances. All rooms have sliding glass doors which apparently are unlocked by default. The first room they gave me, the sliding glass door wouldn't lock. There's also no extra security/locking bar on the sliding glass doors. Did not feel safe there as a solo traveler”

“It was beautiful! Its about 2 blocks off the main road, up a hill that leads to the facility with a gorgeous view. The rooms are little but prefect for a party of 2, to get away. We will be back.”

“The biggest drawback was parking. The 2 spots across the street allotted for the inn were taken. Spots in front of the inn were taken. We drove around the town 3 times before finding a somewhat close spot. I am not sure how this can be changed but this would definitely prevent me from staying here again. Suite was cute but 2nd room was a bit hot as A/C unit was only in 1 room. Breakfast was available but only from 9-10am and we had to leave for our next stop before that time. We did not……
