“My only complaint, which is fairly minor would be the water pressure in the shower was laughable. A praying manis could have showered in there and not got knocked over lol. Other than that price was great and I didn’t even notice the planes as there was not many. Good stay.”

“I was dreading going to this hotel, but I was surprised. I actually thought that it was reasonably clean, the staff were good, the cleaning staff was good, and overall the experience was a lot better than what I expected. The worst part was the pillows which were extremely lumpy so obviously pretty old. It would be a good idea to bring your own pillow. I find that in this day an age if you go to a place like this you're unlikley to get a clean reasonable place to stay, so I would say the……

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”

“The best things about the place were the staff.....they were extremely helpful with any issue we had. The restaurant and lounge were very good. The complaints are we at first had a room overlooking the pool, we had to move it was so very noisy. We then moved to a quieter room. Both rooms were old. The bathroom door was warped and would not close properly. It was very surprising the rooms have no dresser drawers. We stayed 5 nights, where were we supposed to put our clothes with only 3 hangers……

“Hotel had a waterside! However the room smelled of old smoke and the bathroom was very small. The staff was great but the food in the restaurant was not that great. The location was good, but the hotel was showing it's age.”

“Your air conditioner in the lobby, lounge and dinning area was broken for the 2 days I was there, it was extremely uncomfortable for trying to have a bite there. Breakfast sausage wasn’t cooked thoroughly and I had to let the kitchen know. It was my first time staying there I’m not sure I would stay again.”

“The standard king room was well designed, functional and modern. The breakfast buffet was decent, everything was fresh and the appropriate temperature. Air-conditioner worked very well.”

“The hot tub was so dirty, found a band aid in it so was put off by that. The breakfast was not great, no fruit things not working so not much choice.”
