“My only complaint, which is fairly minor would be the water pressure in the shower was laughable. A praying manis could have showered in there and not got knocked over lol. Other than that price was great and I didn’t even notice the planes as there was not many. Good stay.”

“I was dreading going to this hotel, but I was surprised. I actually thought that it was reasonably clean, the staff were good, the cleaning staff was good, and overall the experience was a lot better than what I expected. The worst part was the pillows which were extremely lumpy so obviously pretty old. It would be a good idea to bring your own pillow. I find that in this day an age if you go to a place like this you're unlikley to get a clean reasonable place to stay, so I would say the……

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”

“The best things about the place were the staff.....they were extremely helpful with any issue we had. The restaurant and lounge were very good. The complaints are we at first had a room overlooking the pool, we had to move it was so very noisy. We then moved to a quieter room. Both rooms were old. The bathroom door was warped and would not close properly. It was very surprising the rooms have no dresser drawers. We stayed 5 nights, where were we supposed to put our clothes with only 3 hangers……

“I was disappointed with the condition of the facilities. The elevator wasn't working. The floor in the unit was sticky. The sink was rusty and had no pressure. We had to remove the tub drain completely before it could drain. The staff were nice but not overly helpful. I was staying for 5 days and asked for a different room but they did not come back with any solutions.”

“Breakfast was disappointing. Wasn’t restocked, waffles not working, changed the coffee pot myself. Only attention I saw by staff was during tear down.”

“The rooms were a mess, nothing like the pictures. We saw pictures of newlyrenovatedrooms, nothing luke we got. There was no hot water in the mornings, breakfastwas supposed to be included but we had to pay again. The hotel is in a very dangerous part of town. We very much got conned by this hotels pictures vs the actual rooms. We had drinks in the bar, very disappointed with that aswel, food was rubbish for the cost and beer was flat and no gas, had to pay for every drink as it was brought to……
