Rooms were nice and clean, but after the first day certain essentials were running out and they weren't replaced. Fridge was never stocked how they mentioned at front desk

DoubleTree by Hilton Mazatlan
The staff was amazing, the only downside is the elevators. There was one out of service and the hotel had like 3 weddings. So the n Saturday, waited a good 15 minutes just to get from the 10th floor to the 3rd floor.
