Para comenzar llegué a la recepción súper grosera la persona que estaba ahí… hasta las puras 3 me dijo que podía pasar llegue al cuarto tenía código de seguridad, por lo cual no me había enviado información de cómo acceder al cuerpo regrese a recepción para que me ayudaran y muy grosera es tu problema debieron de haberte enviando un correo… luego de eso me dio el número del administrador y puede acceder a la habitación 3:40 La habitación tenía dos toallas una desdoblada como si la hubiera usado antes… según era blanca más bien percudida… La alberca en otros ocasión me he quedado en pacifica en otro departamento la alberca siempre con agua y limpia… casi vacía y sucia ni siquiera pudimos meternos a la alberca tenía muy poquita agua!!! En el día todo bien con el portero para salir pero para poder ingresar a los condominios tienes que gritar como 30 min para que te hablan la puerta el guardia que duerme en recepción!! La verdad una pésima experiencia… no volvería ahí!

My wife and I were there for a short business trip for three nights. The place appeared clean, very basic and frugal with only one plastic stool, only one blanket which was thin, not effective to keep you warm, and two really bad pillows, in addition a small hand towel was soiled-it smelled bad... but ok, we had two other bath towels and figured the next day we would get a clean set of towels. The second night it was mildly cool which became a problem when my wife, who is allergic to shrimp was served a seafood plate that appeared to have been even contaminated with shrimp "juice" which slowly made her sick to her stomach, we rushed back to the room, forced to make a stop for her to be able to throw up the undigested food on the side on the highway, her stomach feeling sick and her body trembling. We reached the room only to find out there were no additional blankets and the heating function of the A/C unit did not work. So I did my best to keep her warm after a hot shower by getting her almost dressed back with gym clothes while her whole body kept shaking constantly because of the room temperature. She was better after some time and effort to keep her warm. The biggest disappointment was that there was no-one to phone or number to call, the "reception" desk had no additional blankets nor clean towels. That I emailed the owner about the issues causing distress the heater, no blankets, and dirty towel, to which we got a partial apology by email the following day.

Debería haber mas control de seguridad con el reglamento en cuanto a fiestas y ruido en las noches.

Todo muy bien, excepto una noche en la que los vecinos tuvieron fiesta y no dejaron dormir toda la noche por ruido.
