Acceso directo a la marina que cuenta con una zona de restaurantes y bares.

En los locales del condominio se encuentra un OXXO, está sobre la avenida principal donde hay transporte público, a 10 minutos caminando se encuentra la plaza Galerías, Walmart y Sam`s Club.

Atardeceres espectaculares en tu balcón frente a la marina, a pasos de Restaurantes, cafetería y bares.

Alberca de gran tamaño con temperatura regulada, cancha de tennis y gimnasio a tus disposición.

Siempre a la orden a solo una llamada o msg, para cualquier duda o recomendación

La marina Mazatlán es un gran lugar ya que cuenta con una gran variedad de comercios alrededor, así como la mejor área nocturna.

El condominio está ubicado en la Avenida Camaron Sabalo una continuación del Malecón, cuenta con distintas rutas de camión que te llevarán a las principales zonas de interés del puerto. Taxis, ubers y las famosas Pulmonías están también a disposición
Estimado cliente, le informo que una vez realice su reservación le estaremos enviando un link de pre registro en donde se le solicita foto de su identificación, una selfie, registrar el nombre de todas las personas que se estarían quedando en el alojamiento y como uno de los últimos detalles firmar el reglamento que se solicita en digital, esto es un proceso muy importante para poder recibir las indicaciones de acceso, por lo que debe de completarse antes de su llegada, por su atención ¡gracias!. Very disappointed in the poor upkeep & quality of the furniture (sofa &table), and general cleanliness . Also the toilet seats & table were extremely loose, causing an injury to my knee. The washer only worked some of the time and we needed to check and reset it repeatedly. There was little to make it feel homey for a long stay.

Very pleasurable stay. Responsive host. Beautiful condo. No complaints at all. Will definitely consider this place for our next stay in Mazatlan. Highly recommend. The pool is not heated and gets very little sun so can be quite cold. But that is in NO WAY the fault of the host.

Due Diligence

This was the third time I stayed at a property managed by GPS. Things seemed to get progressively worse on each stay. The first stay was ok but the the condo was not well prepared for guests. Old unraveling towels and not enough of them. The second stay about the same but the toilets did not function properly. The third was the worse, the condo was in poor condition. The ceiling tiles were out of place, the air conditioner did not shut off and leaked water. The washer leaked and flooded the laundry area. I was moved to a new condo that was in nicer condition but the TV did not work and the internet connection was horrendous. The property manager Gustavo is a nice guy and was attentive but GPS needs to conduct the necessary due diligence at their properties to ensure everything is operating properly and the condos are clean and well equipped for their customers.
