My only comment about the room was the lack of surfaces to place toiletries, etc. Made it hard to keep things tidy throughout our 5-night stay. 」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

Just keep in mind that there are rats around outside as you walk at night, in the courtyards and on the streets. It is a great walkable location to everything in the French Quarter! Staff is very helpful, accommodating, and kind. They made our 1st visit to NOLA wonderful! We hope to return again and we will definitely...

「Excellent hotel! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Joel! Location is awesome!! Close to everything, but quiet and calm surroundings. The only downfall was a train passes a couple times a night, and It sounds like it’s in the room…they provide earplugs, but I didn’t use them.」
