First, this hotel is definitely old. If not, it smells old. The first room we were assigned was on the highway side with constant traffic noise. They reassigned the room, which was great. However, there was the trade off from the previous room. The first room was seemingly cleaner. But neither exceeded our expectations. Both are borderline acceptable. The rooms were relatively clean and the beds were comfortable and provided good sleep/rest. During checkout, the female at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. She was tending to a customer in front of me. Based upon the conversation, he was requesting a receipt, which was to be provided via email. He was writing his email address, and I was standing in line to be helped next. Unbeknownst to me, she was waiting on me, but never said anything. I was trying to respect the previous person's privacy. She looked at me, eventually rolled her eyes, and said "may I help you" in a condescending way. I then said I didn't know you were waiting on me because I don't read minds. She said I don't either. But how was I to know it was my turn? Anyhow, between the lackluster stay, poor CS, and homeless picking at the breakfast bar, I won't be staying here again, not would I recommend it. 0 star for me...
