Everything in the home is brand new, from the custom gourmet kitchen to the amazing bunk room. Your family will feel pampered and comfortable from the moment you walk in to the moment you head back home.

THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR LARGER GROUPS, with a main floor primary suite, three large bedrooms and a massive bunk room for the kiddos.

Conveniently located to all that Mccall has to offer is paramount when you stay here. You can be on the slopes, beaches, or the golf course in no time.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:

$50 for 1 dog

$100 for 2 dogs

Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

Smoking & Substance Policy
This is a smoke-free home:

No smoking or vaping

No recreational drug use

Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours
City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

Contactless Check-In & Host Access
We offer a seamless arrival with our smart lock system. If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message or text away.

Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons
We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.

The Neighborhood:
This is a mixed use neighborhood, please respect our neighbors. All wheel drive and snow tires, chains recommended in winter.

Other Things to Note:
Please be mindful of parking. There is a two car garage, space in front of the garage and on the side of the home.
Please do not block neighboring driveways. One of the dirt roads lead to another cabin.
