Really enjoyed the property and greatly appreciated the owner truly being pet friendly. The summer season is just getting started so mowed lawn to help with bug control and porch dusting would have been great. Overall great stay.

Great location, awesome cottage!

Everyone in our family loved our stay in Massanutten at Nate’s cottage! Hosts were excellent, easy to communicate with and attended to every detail. The cabin was perfect for our family size of three adults two young adults and three kids. We especially loved the massage chair. Plenty of games to occupy the kids and lots of space to relax. Feel like living in a treehouse when you sit and enjoy you coffee on the large wraparound deck. Great place! Highly recommend!

Great getaway

Fantastic house to stay in enough room for everyone to have space and come together throughout the day. The patio and deck were great for hanging outdoors a hot tub, of course was always a plus. Nate was easy to keep in touch with nothing went wrong while we were there. All in all perfect location for getting together or hanging out with friends.

Excellent ski trip house!

My wife and I took our four teenagers and lab for a couple days of skiing. The property is perfect if you have a dog in tow, as there is a kennel ready available, and an excellent fenced in yard and wraparound porch for your pup to explore.The hot tub and massage chair were perfect for after ski recovery.The kitchen was easy to use and all the necessary cookware and utensils were available.There are games such as shuffleboard and foosball to play, and there are plenty of TVs, ready to use, which makes relaxing easy.We would definitely stay here again on another ski retreat.

Great vacation

We had an excellent time. The house was wonderful. The funniest part was trying to find all the light switches and where they went to lol we had a great time visiting both caverns playing mini golf and go kart track, hot tub and massage chair huge plus.

Absolutely loved everything about this home to include communication, property amenities, and location. Host was super responsive to questions and the property amenities were fantastic. Great property for enjoying time with family and pets!!

We loved the property and the area. The massage chair was awesome! The gated yard was so great for our dogs. It was a great place to spend quality time together and do fun things in the area.

Absolutely beautiful home - Great location

This property is perfect!!! Beautiful updated home in a perfect location at Massanutten. The amenities include hot tub, game area and a deck that has a fire table and hammock. I will always want to stay here when visiting Massanutten.

Great Pet Friendly Gathering Place

We had a great stay with family to celebrate Christmas. The home is very pet and kid friendly, fenced yard, games and an amazing massage chair that all the adults enjoyed. Nate was great to work with. We had a hiccup with checkin time due to a cleaning staff member calling out sick. Nate was great at offering solutions and we had a great stay!!! Well stocked home, though you may want to bring some plastic / aluminum wrap if you’re making meals. Lovely very clean! Thank you for a great family holiday!!

Great location and beautiful VRBO

Not knowing anything about the area, we were so pleased that it was in the heart of the resort. This was a beautiful 3 story house with a game room that accommodated both the kids and the grown ups. It is also dog friendly. This was a wonderful vrbo and I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for one in the Massanutten area.

What an amazing home. It was so beautiful and just as advertised. Plenty of space and places to hang out, chill, and enjoy the wilderness. Loved the deck and chairs, hammock, and hot tub. Master bedroom is amazing , too! Would go back in a second!

Great stay in Massanutten!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay, using the two upstairs bedrooms. The kids loved the bunk beds and the toys and games provided. We had a nice soak in the hot tub with a view of the woods and appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and open floor plan on the main floor for hanging out in the evenings. The location of the house was perfect for accessing the resort while still feeling secluded and quiet. Would definitely suggest it for a visit to Massanutten.

Great stay!

This house was very cozy, and the most well appointed VRBO i have ever stayed in. The massage chair was a game changer especially after a difficult day of snow sports. We were so close to all of the skiing and tubing etc and Nate was incredibly responsive. I will definitely come back!

Snow Fun

This property was ideally located for our tweens and teens to easily experience many winter activity firsts like ice skating, snow tubing, and skiing, and the home setup gave nice separation for play indoors. The home was "over the top" well-appointed, and Natecouldn't have been more responsive. The gas fireplaces and big screen TVs, adaptable to your streaming service, were enjoyed by all! Our pup loved having access to a sufficient fenced in yard that overlooked the beautifully lit ski slopes and golf course. We hope to return in warmer climes to try out the golf, hiking trails, and the many other activities the area offers.couldn't have been screen

Wonderful Home & Perfect Location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location of the home within the resort was perfect. The house was clean and as advertised. It was awesome to have a fenced in yard! I would 100% recommend this home and Nate was an exceptional host. I would also recommend visiting The Dayton Market. The massage chair was an added bonus (and yes, I will be ordering one for myself).

Dog friendly, kid approved!

Small fenced yard, nice for dogs of all sizes. Kids loved the game room upstairs. Message chair and hot tube was a plus. Downstairs private master suite was very nice. Location was great, close to all resort activities. House sits on hillside, so stairs to and from parking area to get to front door. Owner was very prompt in answering any questions we had. Overall great stay.

We were having a difficult time finding time to spend with our adult children . This location provided easy access to facilitate a get together.The home was everything it advertised, Well equipped, modern and clean.

Extremely Dog-Friendly Environment

Nathaniel has created one of the best dog-friendly places we have stayed. He provides a large cage, poop bags, leashes, toys, bones, couch covers, and other things. The yard is small, but completely fenced-in and there are some really great parks and trails close by. With all of the attention to dog-friendliness, the house is still very clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub, and the porch with the table fire pit. Very good internet service, which made good streaming television. Would definitely recommend for a stay in this area.
