“This inn is old and historic. Passed down through many generations. It was interesting and Uncle Charlie’s room was comfortable. Breakfast was good not until 9am. They now have a full time live in innkeeper which is helpful. Convenient to Vineyards/wineries, JMU, Massanutten and breweries. The beautiful Shenandoah valley can’t be beat for scenery!”

“very good”

“Excellent - great price, clean, comfortable room, and with a kitchen area we weren’t expecting.”

“Very clean and comfortable hotel with a friendly staff.”

“We arrived late at night and had chosen this hotel due to EV Chargers. Unfortunately not only were there no charging parking spots available, there wasn’t a single spot to park in at all. They charged us $5 a night for parking which was a surprise to me when we checked in. Seems absurd to pay for parking and then have to park at a grocery store and walk over in the middle of the night.”

“This place was very clean and had new fixtures and furniture. No mold or mildew in bathroom. Very nice! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was due to a lot of road noise you could hear in our room.”

“We were very happy with this clean, centrally located hotel, which had a very friendly staff. The lobby is very nice with a fireplace. The gym was great. The pool was clean. The hotel had a professional and upscale vibe. We only wish our stay had included in Breakfast but other than that it was a five star day for us.”

“停车方便，离downtown近”

“服务好”

“nice hotel.”

“The hotel has a few positives: a firm, comfortable king-size bed, modern TV with Netflix, standing shower, mini fridge, free all-day lobby coffee, friendly staff, decent breakfast, and a 24-hour gym. Room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. Both the air conditioning and sink had unpleasant odors. The thin walls made neighboring conversations and laughter clearly audible at 11 PM. The pillows were extremely flat and soft—even stacking four barely provided adequate……

“El hotel fue excelente para lo que buscábamos. Tiene una ubicación céntrica, buen precio y es una muy buena opción para descansar y pasar la noche cómodamente. Buenas almohadas y camas. No tengo ninguna queja; la experiencia fue buena y cumplió con nuestras expectativas. No es un hotel de lujo, sino una opción práctica y económica para quienes buscan un lugar limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado para dormir. ¡Lo recomiendo!”
