「Nice gym/fitness center. Room was okay, very musty dark and on the edge of dated. But friendly staff, safe setting. 」

「The online information and email confirmations said check in was 3. When I went to the front desk to check about early check in I was told no check in before 5 and the rooms were not going to be ready any earlier than 5. Finally got to check in and it was not the room I had put in for. Was expecting 2 Queen beds open room and it was a different layout of a room no windows, tiny sitting room with a murphy bed. There were someone’s clipped toe nails on the floor and the sink was backing up. But...

「The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience.」

「Comfortable & close to the slopes. A VERY short drive. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Very well-stocked kitchen. The gas fireplace kept us warm & toasty after skiing.」

「The location cannot be beat—lakefront, quiet neighborhood with sandy entrance to the lake. Our kids and dog loved the easy lake access, and we rebted and launched kayaks from the Acquatic Center. The hot tub and sun porch were amazing relaxation areas, and the whole family enjoyed playing Wii sports. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was a great gas grill outside. We made most meals at home and enjoyed a bonfire each night. Weather was perfect and we opened windows and kept fans running. I...
