Welcome to Azalea Hideaway! Our family loves living in one of the most amazing stretches of the beautiful North Coast. It’s a wonderful opportunity to be able to share our space and our private 1/2 acre backyard of beautiful Redwood forests with visitors. You will love exploring the areas beautiful beaches ,redwood trails, fishing, and shopping throughout the year. After all, our home is your home tonight! So let us be the first to say, welcome home!
Dogs are welcome with extra fee of $125 (per dog) and prior approval. Please email before booking if you are traveling with pets. LIMIT is 2 dogs.

Good location

This is our second time staying here and will not be our last. Good location for visiting the beach, hiking in the forest, or just checking out all the restaurants nearby. Also, the backyard is a nice place to sit outside and it is fenced and large if you bring your pet.

Visit to Northern CA

This house was an awesome location centrally located between what we wanted to do in Crescent city and Eureka. House was very clean, well-stocked, comfy beds, and a clean and safe area. Location to town, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. was quick and efficient. Communication with a host with top-notch. Would highly recommend!

Redwoods and the ocean

This was an awesome stay! The location is PERFECT. We were minutes away from multiple beaches, tide pools, beautiful rivers, farmers markets and those amazing redwoods! It was fun exploring Eureka, Arcata and Trinidad. The home was beautiful. It was just where we needed to unwind after a day of hiking and playing by the ocean. Both beds were comfy the bathrooms were spotless and the showered were great. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up a quick breakfast before heading out. Each nite we had a comfy couch and a big old TV to watch. It was heaven!

One of the best

We have done many VRBO rentals and on a scale of 1-10 this home was a 10 plus! Very clean, very organized and well supplied kitchen, comfortable bedding, very nice decor, great back yard and a very nice quiet neighborhood. There were no negatives. We definately recommend and would not hesitate to return ourselves.

Lovely home perfect location

Redwoods Adventures

This was the perfect place for us to stay at while we were visiting the area. It was a central location to be able to do day trips to Eureka, Arcata, Trinidad and Fern Canyon. The house had everything we needed and a beautiful backyard. The street is pretty dark so be careful when driving. The listing is accurate. Two of the rooms are connected, but can be seperated a sliding barn door. The only thing I wish there was more of was bath towels or access to the washing machine/ dryer. I would definitely stay here again though.

We were here to visit the rewoods and we did but also did a cruise of the harbor,went to many establishments and eateries. It was very nice having a nice place to come home to. Thank you

Quiet and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay and loved the neighborhood. Place was clean and well appointed with a big backyard. We had two criticisms of the place though. The third bedroom isn’t really a bedroom and you have to walk through a bedroom to get a bathroom.
