「A few maintenance issues in the great facility, our room was fine. Only complaint I have is the sheets were bad news--didn't have any elastic left and were not big enough for the mattress. I did report the maintenance issues with common areas. We used the fitness room, could use some additional free weights as most had walked off somewhere. Otherwise it was fine. Breakfast was great, hot choices and fresh fruit, yea!」

I can also see how parking could be an issue. We had a wonderful stay. We found it to be very quiet even though it's 3 minutes from the airport. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. One problem we had was the TV would automatically turn on at 4 a.m. every morning. We called the front desk...

「the only item causing me to flag this hotel not as excellent is that during rush hour, due to folks trying to get on I-35 South, exiting the hotel parking lots can sometimes be a bit frustrating if folks won't let you in.」
