“The desk chair in my room was broken. I didn't have time to ask for another chair and feel like a broken chair is a big deal. It was squeaky loud too.”

“Before reservations, the hotel did not mention it will ask fee for cleaning, but after check in, it receive the fee for two times. Cause they first say they don’t need that much for that but changed their mind one day after. Also the charging socket doesn't work well. The soundproofing of the room is not good. You can hear the sound outside clearly.”

“My experience here was terrible. I checked in at 6pm and they send me twice to a room that it was not clean and give no other alternative or accommodation than to wait with all my baggage outside pf the room to be cleaned. By midnight my we found little roaches at the bed and she literally rather to sleep in the car. I have never imagined it to be this horrible. DO NOT recommend”

“Room was spotless; employees super eager to help. Extra impressed by manager on duty in morning who stopped by each breakfast table to ensure everyone was happy. He was a great ambassador for Drury who I had never heard of before. Very nice young man who was genuinely interested in everyone s satisfaction”
