「The main living area was clean Kitchen well equipped. The entrance porch area was discussing had lots of spider webs and needed to be sweep. There was also many spider webs in the divider between kitchen and dining area. Throw pillows appeared to need a good cleaning. Yard and furniture in yard not inviting. I am also dissatisfied about the amount of refundable deposit and the length of time to be refunded. My experience has been a refundable deposits is required at check in and refunded...

「Beautiful property. Everything in the house worked great. The back patio, beach, and dock did not disappoint. We caught tons of different fish from dock and shore. We had a great 3 nights.」

We thought it was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The water view was nice and I’m sure will be even better when the weather warms up! 「Excellent property! We stayed for graduation weekend for our son’s graduation from Ferris State. Only a quick 30 minute drive to campus, this property was a quiet and relaxing place to celebrate with family and friends. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, enough bathrooms that no one waited in line and a spacious kitchen for preparing and serving food. We enjoyed the fire pit and grill, as well as the two sitting rooms and the big dining room table and game room...
