We didn't stay in this apartment. We had a late arrival flight. We informed that, we will be arriving late. they said they will place the key at the safe place. But they didn't put the key. Our cab driver helped with the communication. I called the given number, they didn't answer, then our cab driver called and talked to them. They provider house kind, which is very very ok.

I was robbed by a group of men while unknowingly traveling in the bad area of medellin. The owner and his staff helped my contact my family and associates as well as make safe travel accomedations back home. The service here is life saving quality. 11/10
