The apartment was exactly as pictured. There was construction during the day but we were aware prior to booking. The street noise was noticeable but did not affect our stay. A water line ruptured during our stay. At the time, we were out of the apartment. Jesson contacted us to explain and stated clean up was ongoing. They did an excellent job and it was not noticeable at all upon our return. They were very good with communication. The unit is about 6 blocks downhill to everything, 6 blocks uphill back to the unit, which isn't terrible. The only thing I would suggest would be to put a TV in the living room and a coffee maker in the kitchen. Both bedrooms had televisions in them but not the living area. 24 hour Security was friendly and helpful. The unit is on 2nd floor. There is an elevator but we always used the stairwell. Unit has a very small balcony, only room for 1 person to stand. If I return to Medellin, I would definitely stay here again. Close enough to everything but also far enough away.
