Great property and amazing staff. Most speaks English and security is outstanding. Directly connects to a shopping center with tons of options for food, shopping, and grocery store. From customer service to comfort we have nothing to say but positive things about this hotel. The staff was amazingly attentive and helpful. We stayed here due to the brand and location of the hotel. It is next door to a great shopping center which has everything! The staff at the hotel are what every hotel should emulate....friendly, great customer service and happy to be there. Valentino is their mascot so be sure to meet him. There are too many to mention for how wonderful they were. The hotel rooms were clean and comfy. The breakfast had many options, and the coffee was so good. They have a great happy hour and Erica makes the BEST mojitos and margaritas we've ever tasted. The spa was really good too. The pool was refreshing. Definitely a five-star experience. It is within walking distance to some places in Poblado although navigating some streets at night can be tricky with traffic. I would defnitely stay here again.

Connected to a mall (Oviedo) and supermarket (Carulla). Great and safe location (El Poblado is upscale). 15-min walk to Lleras park (restaurants, nightlife).
