Lovely stay at Hotel Quinta Ladera!
We loved our stay here! I would 100% go back to this hotel and highly recommend it! This was a fantastic property with lots of green space and amazing service. The room was spacious compared to other boutique hotels, and we loved the balcony space that was covered with greens and trees. Overall had a peaceful and relaxing stay here!
The service of the hotel was also amazing, the breakfast was plated with amazing coffee.
The front desk person, Louis was greatly helpful and helped us through figuring out many things during our trip. He really went above and beyond with the level of service he offered. 10/10 hotel!

Omg!!! Everything was amazing!! This was my wife and I 1st time in Medellin and was not sure if we made the right decision with this location, but let me tell you it was spot on!! The staff (Daniel, Lu, and Ingrid) were excellent!! All their suggestions and recommendations Helped alleviate some of the anxiety of not knowing the location! Including sharing local areas where to visit and shop! I completely recommend this location for its beauty, convenience of where it’s located, and the outstanding customer service! Superb stay
We really cannot say enough about this wonderful hotel and the outstanding team that runs it. Everyone on the team was friendly and committed to our happiness, from the groundskeeper to front desk staff. One of the best made to order breakfasts (included) that I have had in a hotel.. Location is quiet, but very close to great restaurants and bars in the middle of the action. We would certainly stay here again.

El desayuno estaba frío y las opciones que se muestran en fotos difieren totalmente a la oferta que nos ofrecieron.
Al llegar en la noche, nos encontramos con que no habían arreglado la habitación. Le hicimos el reclamo a la persona en recepción y no hubo solución.
La vista no corresponde a la que nos ofrecieron en las fotos.
Sólo había una persona para atender recepción, bebidas de cortesía, solicitudes de los huéspedes y apertura del estacionamiento.

Húmedo y ruidoso
Las mujeres de la recepción muy amables y serviciales, los hombres poco amables y colaboradores. El hotel es muy bonito pero tiene habitaciones al lado de la recepción muy ruidosas y húmedas, la ropa se siente mojada y de verdad no son aptas para descansar, después de dos noches las chicas de la recepción nos movieron a otra habitación donde mejoró la experiencia pero en la primera habitación en realidad la estadía fue muy mala
