Rooms are big and light, with floor to ceiling windows, new mattresses, and good linen. They are in the industrial, "minimal," style, with exposed pipes and concrete floors. There are two details to improve: the first two days it took 10 minutes for hot water to come out, and on the third day there was no hot water, just lukewarm after...

「Everything was great except for the noise from the karaoke bar and the 24-hour restaurant downstairs. The music was extremely loud and could be heard clearly from my room, making it difficult to sleep. I stayed in Room 201 and had to contact the front desk personally to complain. Unfortunately, I experienced several sleepless nights. The location is convenient, the staff is friendly, and the neighborhood feels safe. However, I would recommend requesting a room on a higher floor, toward the back...
