Stunning Luxury Penthouse with Spa and Concierge

Welcome to one of the jewels in the heart of Medellin with a rich and fascinating history. Our property comprises 1000 square meters of exquisitely decorated marble and wood, including a private heated pool with a full SPA with sauna and turkish bath, a spacious terrace, and a jacuzzi for 8 people.

Our exclusive residence, often chosen as the setting for reggaeton music videos and Colombian fashion photo shoots, offers an elegant two-story space with a total of six suites that can accommodate 16 people. Each of these suites is meticulously designed, with its own marble bathroom and a spacious dressing room for your convenience.

The penthouse includes a sunny tanning area, sauna, Turkish bath, and an impressive jacuzzi for you to relax at your leisure. In addition, on the ground floor, you will find tennis and basketball courts as part of our luxurious facilities.

For guests who need to combine work and pleasure, we offer fiber optic WiFi connections with the maximum local capacity.

The penthouse also has a team of two friendly and helpful housemaids who take care of cleaning the apartment. Their working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday, and from 8 am to 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. In addition, for an even more exclusive experience, we offer a private concierge who speaks both English and Spanish.

Our concierge is available to customize additional services according to your preferences, and his role is not limited to that. He also takes care of the security of the house and the guests. This includes options such as airport transportation, SPA services, relaxing massages, exciting city tours, and finding the best chefs in the city. We are here to ensure that you enjoy an extraordinary and worry-free stay.

This building is located in the most exclusive area of the city, in the heart of El Poblado. It is within walking distance of prestigious shopping centers such as Santa Fe and El Tesoro. In addition, in just 7-9 minutes by Uber, you can reach exciting destinations such as Provenza, Parque Lleras, Rio Sur, and La Estrada, where you will find some of the city’s most captivating and exclusive nightclubs and restaurants. Your experience in Medellin will be surrounded by luxury and comfort in this privileged location.

Medellin Bachelor Party

About two weeks from the actual vacation I began to get communications from Andres(host), so I already knew he would be a good host. Before arrival he set up our airport shuttle and had food/drinks ready at the house. The home is amazing and the staff are great. I had low expectations because I was worried about being let down. Nothing about this trip was a let down. Andres knew the city well and was able to help us navigate throughout the city. The pool is amazing and the hot tub both were very clean. There are 4 rooms upstairs. All four have huge beds. Two of the rooms have double bedding. The other two rooms downstairs are private but share a bathroom. 6 guys stayed there and no one complained about their room. Medellín is a great city to visit and this penthouse is the perfect spot to party and relax. I would recommend this spot to anyone that’s looking for a party crib that will wow your guests.
