“Stayed for 2 nights with a family of 4. We loved it, mostly because of the staff. They are amazing and super helpful. The accommodation is not particularly easy to find and there is no designated parking but the staff came and got us from the main road, helped us find parking in a local garage, then carried our suitcases up the entire hill and into our room. So the lack of luxury, having private parking was a non-issue. Also when visiting chefchaouen you can't really expect parking or easy……

“An absolute gem… and we were lucky enough to be their very first guests! My 14-year-old son and I were backpacking through Morocco when he spotted this riad on Expedia during our bus ride to Chefchaouen. We arrived just an hour later and were greeted warmly by the kind, multilingual staff, who told us the newly renovated riad had only just opened its doors, and we were the first to walk through them. While our room was being prepared, we settled into the café downstairs for what turned out to……

“Property was absolutely beautiful. The only things I didn't like is there are no tvs in the room, which would be nice at night to unwind. Smart tvs are inexpensive these days that way the customers can stream, regardless of nationality or language. The other thing is the shower had no curtain and the pan filled with water which is actually disgusting and unsanitary. I hope this is resolved because the owners were incredible people.”
