“My experience was severely impacted by the receptionist, Vinicius. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive throughout our interaction. His communication skills were poor, and his attitude showed a complete lack of respect and basic customer service standards. Dealing with him was frustrating and unpleasant, and it significantly lowered the overall quality of my stay.”

“freindly staff who love hong kong singer denise ho. a happy stay in this hotel. the staff cant speak fluent english but they try their best. not much restaurant nearby. i would recomand this hotel.”

“Room was in good condition but the bedding was almost non existent and very hard beds. Staff was good. A shuttle to the airport/cruise terminal even if it is extra pay would be nice. ”

“Breakfast served daily even on holidays. Staff very friendly and helpful with all questions. For convenience, they should consider providing a map of local businesses a visitor may need: supermarket, laundry, cash exchange, etc. Also, the hotel is right on St Sebastian square, along with bars and restaurants that host bands regularly. So, even during the week, but especially on the weekends, it’s noisy late. The area of the teatro and the square is fairly impoverished: plenty of vagrants,……

“A special hotel with elegant and interesting details. Great location, excellent staffs, fantastic restaurant and reasonable pricing...so lucky we changed our plan the last minute that we decide to stay with Villa Amazonia in Manaus to refresh up after leaving the jungle. The hotel is an oasis and a hidden gem. Minors: wifi a little bit slow.”

“Unsafe Hygiene - We stayed twice a week apart. Room 2 on the 2nd floor was OK, albeit the ceiling leaked and the toilet is dated. The second stay we had to stay on the ground floor; it’s basically unusable. We found rat feces in the bed, replacement room had windows that won’t close, open air bathroom to street, room full of mosquitos, mold on walls, flood damaged flooring. We left (along with gentleman in room next door). Still waiting on the refund. Property has potential but needs $100K in……

“The food at the hotel's restaurant is very poor and the elevator is not enough for whom is living in upstairs. It is not that good compared with the price. The cleaning staff is doing very bad service.”
