The buffet was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. The rooftop pool was fun. A little far from the airport and downtown but a nice place to stay prior to leaving town for a tour of the Amazon.

The restaurant is absolutely horrible. I ate at burger kong next door instead of tokerating that “food” they claim to serve.

Muy buen hotel para conocer manaus

El hotel está en una zona industrial pero segura, con Servicio de restaurante con muy buena comida y habitaciones confortables. Las instalaciones están un poco deterioradas pero comparadas con los hoteles de centro de Manaus están muy bien. Puedes moverte en uber hacia las zonas turísticas, la piscina en la terraza te ayuda a relajarte y el servicio del personal es muy bueno. Volvería

Equipe boa, hotel limpo, mas a Cama é muito ruim

Falará dos pontos positivos que são interessantes, mas o negativo pesa demais. Positivo: hotel muito limpo e o café da manhã, pago a parte, é excelente. Contudo, a cama é desagradavelmente desconfortável, de molas bem duras que fazem pressão em vários pontos do corpo e os travesseiros muito duros e altos também. O staff é bem capacitado e educado, pecando no conforto da cama, que não minha opinião é fundamental.

A cama era extremamente confortável, o enxoval de alta qualidade e o ambiente transmitia uma sensação de aconchego e tranquilidade perfeita para uma estadia relaxante. Hotel de excelência

Hotel bem localizado, com fácil acesso, ao lado de um Shopping. Quarto bem equipado: duchas de qualidade, varal, lenços maquiagem, secador de cabelos, chaleira elétrica, ar condicionado ótimo. Um pouco de barulho em função da avenida, mas não atrapalhou nosso sono. Café da manhã muito completo, várias opções. Único ponto negativo foi o restaurante do Hotel. Jantamos lá um dia à noite e a comida não estava boa, infelizmente. Mesmo assim, o hotel em si nos surpreendeu. Entre os hotéis de rede que nos hospedamos, esse foi o melhor.

This hotel is very clean, well maintained and employs great staff. We had stayed here for 3 nights recently for th enew years. Very great value for the price. Staff took care of all our queries and went out of their way to fullfill our request. The resturnat is not bad, despite us being vegetarians. The food options are good for vegetarians as well with 4-5 items on the menu. Will highly recommend this place for all future travellers and we also would liketo stay here on our future visits.
