Lakefront Home with Amazing Sunsets, Private Dock & Firepit

"We enjoyed our stay at the Lakehouse in Chappell, SC. Our family of 7 and our two dogs had so much fun enjoying the lake together. The house was beautiful inside with good beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough for cooking family meals. The refrigerator/ freezer had enough storage but the ice maker ran out of ice quickly with a large family. The furniture was comfortable upstairs and in the lower level living area. We loved the large porches on both levels and the views were outstanding. Our only complaint was the numerous ants that were inside the lower bathroom area as well as outside of the screened in porch by the doorway. There were many on the dock as well and they got into our items. Lots of spiders and cobwebs inside and outside of the home. House needs a thorough house cleaning to address this issue. It was apparent the owner was attempting to solve the ant issue as ant traps were placed on the screen porch. The lake was lots of fun and the owner supplied life vests and floats, noodles, We enjoyed the kayaks and tried fishing from the dock. We had a fantastic time exploring the lake on a pontoon boat from Skipper’s rental. Grandparents, adult children and grandchildren loved being towed on the large float on the large open areas of Lake Greenwood. This Lakehouse has an amazing lot and gorgeous landscaping. We loved the large trees, lush shrubbery and plants providing privacy and shade. Gorgeous home. TheKindley’s"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Ski's the Day! Awesome host! Very responsive to questions.Beautiful view and house nicely decorated. Comfy sleeping! Kitchen has pretty much everything you need to prepare meals. Outdoor grilling too! Host left us a s'mores kit but way to hot(100 degrees) to use fire pit. But one is there.Spent a lot of time on either screened porch or back porch enjoying the views and spectacular sunsets. Also covered dock for fishing and tying up our boat. Dock needs cleaning, a lot of spider webs. I've been told that's a lake thing. Of the 4 houses we have stayed at this lake. This is our favorite house. Plan to return late Spring."

"overall, the room was pretty clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was OK for the price paid , very clean place and there's a few shops around especially a Mexican restaurant with variety of foodmenu is very diverse and I really enjoy eating there my family. The price is very reasonable."

"Property is a perfect 3/3, quiet, spacious, a nicely equipped kitchen and grill. Beautiful sunrises can be seen from covered back deck or dock as you listen to the roosters waking up, such a treat! Love that it’s conveniently located within walking distance to the Skippers Marina where we grabbed a quick bite, bought bait and rented a pontoon for a day on the lake. Andrew (property manager) was very prompt to respond and respectful with every inquiry. Very relaxing, enjoyable place to stay on Lake Greenwood. I would recommend without hesitation!"
