"Property was very welcoming and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. However, I can’t bring myself to give a good review to a hotel that just turns their water off in the middle of the day for maintenance. Do things happen? Absolutely. However, I do not find it absurd to ask that the hotel I am staying at to maintain water while I am staying there. To leave a piece of paper on the door say “plan accordingly” in reference to having no water from 9am-5pm is asinine. No running water = no good review. "

"Another wonderful stay at Sonesta Gwinnett Atlanta! The property is well maintained, rooms are comfortable and staff is friendly. Special shout out to Mae at the front reception. She welcomed me to the property with genuine enthusiasm and kindness, even loaned me a phone charger when I lost mine. Excellent customer service!!"

"Clean room, easy parking. Friendly staff and easy check in. Gym could use more equipment but overall great hotel! "

"Room was disgusting, dated, only 4 outlets in the entire room worked, it smelled, stains all over the carpet and not maintained at all. Called the front desk 6 different times without getting anyone. Horrible! "

"No hot water to take a shower. They changed our room at 10pm but the other room had the same issue of no hot water, so it was a cold shower. The rooms are gross with cracks everywhere. The breakfast was horrible and I wasn't expecting much. Not the hotel I expected for a Hampton. "

"This location is the best Extended Stay America Suite my family and I have stayed at. The staff does it's best to keep the hotel clean. "
