「The apartment claimed to have King size bed which was the main reason for booking and turned out it was only a double bed. Also, we arrived close to 4:00 and had a hard time reaching the owners. No telephone and no answer on their door. In addition when we finally made contact, they had to clean the room first so we didn't get in until after 5:00」
