"Lynda's accomodation is designed for both form and function. There's enough seating area outside for every type of weather. When it's sunny you can sit in front of the house or lie in the grass, when there's rain you can huddle inside or sit under the canopy. We had some trouble finding the accomodation, so make sure you double check the address beforehand, but Lynda was a dear guiding us there and was always available for questions during the stay. "I really wanted to like this place because it’s a nice setting, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by a very tired room that clearly hasn't seen a deep clean or maintenance in a long time. The Room Condition The level of neglect was honestly shocking. • Walls & Carpets: The room is full of scuffs and what looks like possible blood splatter on the walls (see photos). • Maintenance: Cracks in the plaster and chipped paint throughout made the space feel grimy rather than cozy. Sleep Quality If you’re looking for a restful night, look elsewhere. • The Bed: I dealt with a lumpy, uncomfortable bed paired with thin, uncomfortable pillows that offered zero support. • Noise: To make matters worse, my room backed onto the yard. There is a loud generator noise throughout the night that made it nearly impossible to sleep. Bottom line: It's a shame because the exterior and grounds are lovely, but the interiors are in desperate need of an overhaul. I wouldn't recommend staying here until they address the hygiene and noise issues."
