The living and dining area serves as the central gathering space, furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a dining table, and direct access to either the balcony or the terrace. The 1 dedicated bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from access to the outdoor spaces. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment opens onto either a south-west facing balcony of 10 m2 or a south-west facing terrace of 12 m2, both furnished with outdoor furniture and offering a partial view of the mountains.
