"I wasn’t able to stay at the location booked as it was not available upon my arrival although I was able to book via Expedia. The property support was able to reassign me to rooms at their other location, Kiridara Luang Prabang, but I have not been able to get confirmation of the pricing for the reassigned rooms and appropriate refund as I believe the new room charges are less than what I paid for the villa room. "We had 2 rooms and to be honest both bathrooms were in desperate need of an upgrade. The shower doors didn’t close on either and the shower head was completely off in the other. They were in need of a good clean. The rooms were very small and dark although it was very quiet and the beds were comfy. "
