「The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. 「The hotel was brand new, with lovely wooden floors and decor. Check in was easy and welcoming and location is close to shops, restaurants and Ueno station. The room is a large open space (we had three people in the flower room). There was also a portable cooking hob if you need to do simple cooking.
