「It is not a far star resort, but the room was very well renovated. The only problem I had was someone making noise around 11pm that night and the internet was horrible, but the room seemed clean. The staff wasn’t the most courteous, but they were effective at getting in and out the lobby. Feel like there were more things they were supposed to tell me, but I got what I needed. The location is 25 minutes away from Miami soon a good day. Takes an hour in a bad day and it is 18 minutes away from...

「Overall this hotel provided a comfortable stay. I had a suite with full kitchen and the room was very accommodating. The staff left me with mixed feelings of customer service. Some were friendlier than others and this applied to front desk as well as the cielo bar. the food was a bit of a hit and miss however i did enjoy the majority of offerings especially a really well prepared steak on my last days stay there. I liked the aspect of parking my vehicle and being able to take an elevator...

「The plays was clean. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly, others were short and inconsiderate. We call the office to get the Wi-Fi password one afternoon and the guy in the office said the password once then hung up on my wife before she could make sure of what he said. I had to walk down to the office and get the password from him directly and he gave me a terrible attitude about it. However this was the only problem we had.」

「It is a friendly family run business in a great location for airport and cruiseship port. It is an older property, but the family has done a great job upgrading it so far. We stayed for 1 night and enjoyed our stay. 」
