"Still one of the best values in Barra de Navidad. It is an older hotel in a location that some may find a little inconvenient because it is a few blocks from the beach. I like the location very much. The grounds are beautiful, security is excellent, staff is both friendly and helpful, and it is in a quiet location. "

"Ocean was right outside our door, although the rooms are older it was kept well. Wifi is weak and there was no bathroom items except a bar of soap."

"The owners are amazing..make you feel so welcome. The hot water was the best we have experienced in Mexico in terms of pressure and heat. The air conditioner is in the bedroom so the kitchen does not get the benefit of it..a fan in the kitchen would help. The utensils in the kitchen were limited but the owners provided us with the items we requested. We love this hotel."

"Staff were courteous. The room floors were always gritty even after being cleaned. The shower was great! The seating areas were poorly lit and everyone was using beach toweks to sit on the hard chairs. It is an old place that needs updating for the price. Pool loungers were used by the same five people continuously. Beach front is the draw. Wearing resort style bracelets was weird. We did not see the point. Staff runs a very tight ship. Nice to have water available in the common area. Will not stay again. "
