Weekend Retreat

Our beachfront cottage was the ideal spot for our retreat! It was very cozy, airy, with lots of sunlight and amazing views of the beach! Linsey was very responsive to our questions and made us feel welcomed from the start of our stay. We would definitely stay there again! Our only concern was with the lock for the bathroom window that would not work.

Quaint Beach Cottage

We enjoyed a relaxing beach getaway and we were able to watch our sons surf right from the back deck and the living room! The cottage was beautiful, convenient and peaceful.

Perfect weather! 80's entire stay. Ocean breeze and blue sky! Beautiful sunrises! We love staying here and we will be back in October! Lots of turtles this trip as always! Found 14 pieces of sea glass in one afternoon! Perfect

Relaxing Vacation

The cottage was very nice and everything we needed was at the house to be comfortable. The beds are comfortable, plenty of beach towels and chairs for the beach and it’s the closest property to ocean, step off the deck and you are there.

Great stay

We had a nice week on a great beach. It is fairly secluded, meaning only other houses were close which was great during Covid. Owners were very accommodating. You could tell they wanted us to enjoy our selves. Would stay there again.

Women's trip

The cottage is amazing - very comfortable and very well stocked which is appreciated as we cook a lot. The views are to die for and the beach is very quiet. Saw turtles come up to nest each night. I would say it is perfection except for the noseeums - they are plentiful and hungry. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Beautiful Vacation Home

I highly recommend staying at this house. We will definitely be back! If you like the private beach and a beautiful home then this is the spot for you!! We were able to watch sea turtles come up and lay there eggs and watch the dolphins swim by in groups.

Coconut Cottage

If you like natural, unspoiled beaches, and a cozy spot right on the dunes, this is the place. The cottage has every amenity you could wish for, and the property managers are the best! We found beer and wine in the fridge at check-in, and they even dropped off a pizza for us!

Beautiful Gem on the Beach

The Coconut property was very well equipped, beautifully updated and well located. The pictures were very accurate and the property manager went our of her way to welcome us with a well-stocked house. Loved the proximity to the water and semi-private beach. Good restaurants and amenities were close by. We loved our experience here and highly recommend this property.

Literally your own beach at your door(deck)step. Owners & Property Manager very responsive...very comfortable....its you and the beach....if you want nightlife go elsewhere...pay attention to Turtle rules!

Amazing!

We loved our stay here! This is an absolutely lovely beach cottage, located right on the beach. Step off the deck, and you are in the beach sand! The cottage had everything we could have wished for. Fully stocked kitchen including coffee pots and coffee and filters, spices etc. There was even sunscreen and bug spray. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets were also included. The host and hostess went out of their way to make sure we arrived safely, and had everything we needed. We could not have asked for anything more. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Beach Vacay

We absolutely loved this location. We rented both houses on property. There were so many amenities available to us upon check in (way more than any rental before). So many little touches that made this house special like sunscreen, bath and kitchen necessities, tons of beach items and more. Not to mention we went during turtle laying season!!! We saw sea turtles and manatees so many times. Best beach by far. The host was always responsive and helpful.

Paradise

Another wonderful stay at Coconut Cottage! Secluded beach! Watched Sea Turtles nest right from the deck! Sea glass! Water was perfect! Never disappointed with our stay. Met some really nice people on our morning walks. Some live there, some were on vacation like us. Can not wait to go back! The host and owner, Dawn and her husband are awesome! They checked in on us on arrival and during the stay. Everything was just perfect! Super Happy with our stay.

Paradise right on the sand!

LOVE THIS PLACE! This is our 5th + stay here.. the location is perfect and the beach is very quiet. Walking, watching the water and good company. This trip we had just relaxed on the deck and beach with family. We took turns cooking meals and everything we needed was right there! House is very nicely stocked with pots, pans, dishes... Dawn (our host) checked in on us to be sure all was well...and it was.. just as it always is! Already booked for next year. Can't wait!

Quiet and Relaxing

The house has EVERYTHING you need. Dishwashing liquid, laundry supplies, paper towels, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and more there waiting for you, plus some awesome cookware. Just a trip for food and we were set for the week. Beautiful, private beach with amazing sunrises each morning. Weather was great. High 70s and 80s for our stay. The house was very clean and organized and Dawn was fantastic to work with. Will definitely try to get in that cute cottage again.
