Thanksgiving Family Gathering

The house is perfect, everyone had their own room and bathroom. Location was perfect, short walk to the beach and inter coastal. The pool was cold, since it gets zero sun, so the heat is a must.

Our family thorough enjoyed our time here. The beach is any easy walk and the nice community pool right down by the Intercostal. Beautiful sunsets to watch on the pier. Management is very easy to contact!

What a wonderful location! It's super close to the beach, and the house itself is fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood is quiet, which adds to the overall appeal. We highly recommend it!

Mindblowing! Simply in love!!! Have never been so satisfied with a rental spot ever before! My priority was to opt for a house near the beach to make the most out of my stay. Glad I chose this one. Apart from the beach being near what I loved the most about this place: The Casino room The theater room Usually you don't get arcade and theater rooms in rental houses but in this one you get them so it was a win-win. Recommended!

Lovely Stay. Nice Beach!

Lovely Stay! An ideal place for perfection freaks. Being a picky person, I did thorough research before deciding on this house, and it didn't disappoint me a bit. Everything in the house was well organized, clean and easy to handle. Didn't face any mishaps during my stay. The kitchen and the bedroom were perfectly kept, and the theater room provided a good environment to watch movies in peace. The nearby beach made my visit all too special, thank Goodness it wasn't too crowded, perfect for an introvert like me. Recommended for anyone looking for a good place to stay, for sure.

Would Reserve Again!

Overall, we were really pleased with our stay here. The house was beautiful, very open, and worked great for our group of 15! We loved the theater room and game room for the times the kids weren't in the pool or for stormy nights. The bedrooms were all great sizes. The additional interior safety gate for the pool was a huge plus as well keeping the littles out. The bathroom in the corner next to the pool was a really smart part of the layout! We did have a small issue with the kitchen use: the ice maker in the fridge didnt work very frequently so we used bagged ice. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, cups, and silverware, but we did need additional cooking utencils, tupperware for leftovers or chopped fruit, and needed more large frying pans. We asked for some and they responded very quickly and brought us one. But we had 15 ppl in the house and each night someone made a meal to feed everyone, so cooking and having the tools was really important for us! We also did have some weird issues with the light switches, would definitely recommend that they all be labeled! The light switches for the pool and porch area didn't work well so often the fans wouldn't come on, or the lights would turn off and we couldnt get them back on. Those switches also seemed to be connected to the master bedroom on the first floor and controlled their lights too. Bedroom 3 would have their ceiling light randomly turn on in the middle of the night. All minor things though, would go back!

Review

We found a couple of glasses and empty bottles in a few dresser drawers, the dryer upstairs did not work at all and the washer downstairs was not working properly. When we asked originally we were told that the house was fully furnished with everything we needed. This was not true, there was not even laundry detergent, toilet paper, dish detergent, bags, etc for the amount of people that can stay in the house. Also feel there could be kitchen amenities for longer stays.

The property was nice and my kids had a blast. At first glance the place was awesome. As our stay progressed I started noticing things... 1. One of the drawers in the kitchen fell apart. 2. The AC unit in the movie room didn't work. 3. The basketball arcade game wasn't working properly. I managed to fix myself 4. There was no salt for the shuffle board table. 5. The pool cue rack was barely hanging on the wall. 6. They tried to upsell me a grill and then there was a perfectly fine working grill at the house. 7. The screen casting directions for the TV don't work 8. The code they gave us for the gate didn't work. 9. Blinds were hung crooked. Even with all of these things the stay was phenomenal. The construction just looks rushed.

Amazing house near to beach

Simply AMAZING! Would give a 100 stars if I could. The spotless cleanliness of the bathroom/bedroom/kitchen won my heart! The house indeed is brand new from every aspect and the themed room with its pretty bed topped the list among the house's attractions. 10/10 recommended.

Near to beach and disney!

Goshhhh I was so skeptical before choosing it because it seemed too good in the pics, but DAMN it was even better when I saw it!!! WOW!! Ok so context: I had the responsibility to choose the house for our friend's trip so I had to be extra cautious (didn't want my friends cursing me for my bad choice and wasting their contribution money ;.; ) but my choice proved to be the best this time. My friends loved theater, pool and karaoke rooms. Thank Goodness. 200% recommended
