The house is obviously a flip job. A lot of items in the house were either dirty or broken. The house sits on a very, noisy, busy road. Sounded like the windows were open all the time. Could not sleep. Floors could have been cleaned. Blinds were missing slats and were dirty. To much to mention.

Nice, spacious place

Nice property, lots of room(s) to spread out. All appliances in great shape.Communication with host was less than ideal, we did not get the door code on day of check in, I had to spend 30 min on phone with VRBO 7ntil they got a hold of the host. So we couldn't enter until 9 pm

Never heard from owner

We booked this for one night prior to a cruise. The owner of the property never reached out to me. I tried contacting them several times without a response. I then reached out to VRBO and they couldn’t get a hold of the owner either. VRBO did reimburse me, but the situation was awful because we had to get a last minute hotel in a not so nice area. Would not recommend!

Cancel the day I was supposed to check in

I reached out to the host the day before I was supposed to check in because I had not received a check in information or a code to get in and the only response the host gave me was that the place was occupied. I had made reservation almost 2 months prior that she had confirmed and received payment for and she didn’t even advise me that she needed to the reservation for me and my four kids until the day of check-in.VRBO was helpful in navigating the situation but it was a huge inconvenience.
