Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.

Guest Access: You’ll have full access to the apartment and building amenities, including the pool, gym, sauna, and rock climbing facilities.
The Neighborhood: Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of Little Bourke St & Rose Ln opposite the Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof.
Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre.
There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.
I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.
Getting Around: Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated opposite the Southern Cross station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.
Hop on board the Skybus which provides a quick, convenient and cost effective way to get to and from the airport.
Access to the Overland rail service TrainLink XPT.
Coach services to Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport, as well as regional Victorian and interstate destinations.
Europcar, Budget and Avis rental car depots are just opposite the building in the Southern Cross station, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy!
There is also a tram stop just outside on Spencer St.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “SOUTHERN CROSS STATION CAR PARK” or otherwise known as “WILSON PARKING” - 163-235 Spencer St, which is a 4min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.
Other Things to Note: A representative will greet you upon check-in to hand over the keys. Please make sure to inform us of your arrival time in advance so we can meet you on time.
For luggage storage before or after your stay, Southern Cross Station offers lockers ranging from AU$10-16 for 24 hours. Alternatively, BnB Concierge at Shop 3/200 Spencer St provides storage for AU$8 per bag.
The space comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate up to 6 guests. An additional charge of AU$29 per person per night applies for the 5th and 6th guests.
The 5th and 6th guests will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out to a double.
The 3-seater sofa bed measurements: • Width: 200cm, Depth: 85cm, Height: 80cm • Seat depth: 70cm, Seat height: 45cm • Bed width: 140cm, Bed length: 200cm
