Only 10 km south-east from Melbourne's CBD.

Caulfield is a popular destination because of its beautiful and vast green spaces to explore; parks, ovals, playing fields, sports clubs, playgrounds and walking tracks. Princes Park is literally located 3 minutes walk from house, a great spot for a picnic.

Caulfield South is a lovely neighborhood suburb where you can enjoy the tranquility of the village lifestyle.

Our house: 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 2-5 car spaces in one of the most sought-after locations in Melbourne. Walking distance to parks, shops, tram stop at the door and only 10kms from the CBD.

Three lovely and large rooms available in beautifully house with beautiful garden. Three rooms have a very comfortable brand new queen bed ensemble. The bedrooms are dark and quiet for the perfect night sleep. Large built in mirrored wardrobes and wooden hangers.

There living space has a sliding door that opens up to your own big garden, letting in plenty of natural light.

Gorgeous bathrooms with two toilets and one shower and one bath with shower.

There is so much to do! Cafes, parks, shopping, restaurants all within 2 minutes walking distance. Everything is at your doorstep.

Caulfield South is an incredibly safe and leafy neighborhood.

Caulfield South is bounded by Glen Huntly Road to the north, Booran Road to the east, North Road to the south and Kooyong Road to the west. It close to Glen Huntly or Ormond railway station, it also close to tram routes 67. All trains/bus direct you to the city.

Glenhuntly and Ormond Railway Stations just a few minutes drive away. Monash University, Caulfield Campus is also easily accessible from our home.
