S Yarra stay

This is a good property. The apartment has a few things that could be “fixed” - & perhaps a few more explanations/directions in the apartment ;air con unit - looked up a YouTube video after first very hot/humid night. ) Amenities are really great with pool, steam &.dry saunas & workout gym. Great outdoor picnic/bbq communal space. Top security with entrance/exit. Easy access. Super location just off Toorak/Chapel in S Yarra. Great opportunities for meal options - I only used the fridge as always did my coffee & meals away from apartment- although well stocked kitchen. Nice in unit laundry.

Mould in the shower was in able to use shower bathroom the whole stay Witb black spouse mould coming through the tilesStove range hood had no exhaust fan workingMirrors in the bedroom were not alien properly with carpet just been stuck on with some cheap glue41 degree day air con not working List goes on maybe check property before renting pure and Sjmley mobey hungry greed
