Great location but house not suitable for young families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is amazing however it didn't compensate for the set up of the house itself. There is no usable outdoor space for kids to run around. The front yard is on a significant hill and full of rocks. There is also no outdoor table. The driveway needs maintenance as it creates a lot of dirt and cars slip getting up and down. There is no dryer. Recommend for older families, not for families with young kids.
