・En-suite Bedroom

Wall Heater: The on/off switch is located on the side of the heater, facing the sliding door.

Portable Heater: A Delonghi oil-filled heater is also available in the room.

☞ Important: Please do not move this heater from its current position.



・Living Room & Second Bedroom (Two Single Beds)

Air Conditioning Heater:

Controlled by a remote, located on the TV table. The same switch operates both the living room and the second bedroom aircon units.

Portable Heater: An oil-filled heater is placed near the staircase.

・Bedroom Three (Downstairs)

Wall Heater:

First, switch on the power.

Then, press the heat button to start.

• Our home is not suitable for parties or events. If excessive noise occurs after 10 PM, neighbors may notify us, our security patrol, or the police.

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful neighborhood atmosphere. Thank you for your cooperation!



Check-in & Check-out Instructions:

• Check-in: Instructions will be sent 2 days before your stay with detailed steps, photos. If you encounter issues, contact us anytime.

• Check-out: Instructions will be provided 1 day before departure. Please photograph the keys upon return for verification if required.



Keys:

• 1 set of keys is provided by default. Additional keys are subject to availability and a $100 key deposit.



Last-minute Bookings:

• Same-day bookings may result in delayed check-in, but we will do our best to accommodate your arrival time.



Health and Safety:

・Children under supervision of the adults to access the outdoors or balcony. It is guests’ responsibility for any consequences or neglect of supervision.
