The staff were very friendly and made check-in very easy. It's a great location, not very far off the highway not very far from the airport. It's great for kids since they had a great play area indoors as well as arcades for older kids. The rooms are quite dated and the window was broken in the bathroom, making it very cold in there since there's no heating source directly in there. The shower never got hot, and we couldn't say anything to the desk since they did not open until 10:00 a.m. and we checked out before that.

The surrounding environment around the check-in area is not suitable for family. The room was clean and beds were very good. But there were several issues in the bathroom, hot shower knob was broken, water dripping to a drawer from the basin and missing exhaust fan. I gave my feedback to the manager present during check-out.

A microwave oven would be nice but I can understand that some food smells could be a problem after vacating. Other than that a pleasing and comfortable stay.

Way better than anticipated

We stayed here to be close to the hospital , an easy ten minute drive. The rooms were adequate for our needs, perhaps a little dated in spots but clean throughout. The internet was the only thing that was a bit dodgy. The bed was comfortable and the food available at the adjoining club was excellent in taste and value. We will need to return to the hospital in a few weeks and I will be booking the hotel for another stay.

My family and I stayed overnight at this property. Organisation management of our room could’ve been better as there was a bit of a mishap. As we stayed during the easter period there wasn’t information stating their opening hours had changed; nothing on the website or front reception door. Overall it was a place that filled our needs for the evening but small details could’ve been informed and better communication also.
