「My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was good and parking was easy. The location is perfect distance to walk to some nice downtown spots. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are in Omaha. 」

「Under staffed, no coffee pods, no orange juice for breakfast, bar tender wouldn’t stay behind the bar, so if customers wanted anything they had to chase him down, one very nice lady working the whole breakfast crowd」

「Recommend this Courtyard Marriot as one of best in Omaha area. Close to highway. It is a large convention/meeting center. Was only disappointed that there wer not more walkable dining options. Did not explore enough though. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「The hotel is located near Blackstone and is an easy 15-20 min walk to popular hotels and bars. The hotel is right off of Dodge Street for easy access the all of Omaha. My stay here was pleasant - it was quiet and comfortable. My one complaint was that on checking in, both receptionists ignored us and failed to acknowledge us for a while as they talked and when they helped us, made it seem like an inconvenience. That was minor overall.」

「Great stay. Room still had some (what appeared to be) food chunks and crumbs in it. There was human feces in the stairwell of the parking garage. Other than that, decent stay. Wish they were more transparent about parking pricing and that there is a breakfast available. The front dest was great and everyone I spoke with was very kind and helpful. 」
