"I couldn’t get into my room at first and then I went down to the front desk, the person at the desk told me the door sticks so I have to wiggle the handle to even get it open. I had a question so I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work so I had to go down to the desk again to ask the question "

"Not a real kitchenette. Microwave the size of a toaster. Refrigerator can hold few small bottles or cans. Couldn't find a safe as listed. Few broken items, like flap on P-tac unit (ac) drawer in kitchenette, toilet paper holder, loose towel holders. Room seemed clean upon arrival, but definitely needed a good cleaning under beads . Swiming pool liner was kind of slimy and water smelled more like sewage. Buffet breakfast was ok. Guests, questionable specimens. Staff, friendly. Hotel must be made with cardboard and aluminum. You can hear people walking and talking. Doors closing so loud you fell like some kind of testing site for military. Overall, ok, and only ok. "

"Room was clean and spacious. Staff was nice. The please is definitely business friendly. The Olive and Iras dinning experience was excellent! Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Omaha. "

The receptionist was very rude to me; she made me feel very uncomfortable because English is not my primary language, and she seemed to assume that I didn't understand her. "All the hotel staff were extremely polite and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and well stocked with everything needed for our stay. If we asked for something extra, it was provided to us quickly & politely. The breakfast was very well appointed and options for all types of dietary needs very provided. We will definitely stay here again if we're in this area. "
