Jamey was very helpful through the whole process. Check in was very easy. Everything was very clean and as pictured. The bed was very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend and will definitely stay again should we come back to this area. Very great host!

Love the property. Was as advertised. Really comfortable bed! Loved the concrete floor throughout (industrial touches are my favorite). Hosts were great and checked in but never bothered!

Perfect Stay

We highly enjoyed our stay at Clean and Serene. Jamey is a great host and very responsive and accommodating. The location has a great yard for our dogs to run around in. The guest house is great and we could not hear anyone in the front house at all. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

All the fun places around Broad ave!!

Very well thought out and comfortable and cozy. Easy to find and just like pictures!! So many great places to visit in surrounding area. Our hosts even suggested one of the best places for breakfast-we definitely will make plans to stay again soon!! You should too!

Michelle and Jamey were amazing and very accommodating! Their response times were very prompt and courteous! The space was clean, comfortable and quiet. Overall, my son and I enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice place!

I was driving through Memphis and found it to be great for the night. It's accurately listed in the description and the hosted was very responsive. It is right by the train tracks, so it can be slightly noisy. I sleep pretty soundly and wasn't disturbed by the noise. They also have ear plugs which I thought was considerate.

We would definitely stay here again! Inside was clean and fresh, lots of attention to detail. Open shady outdoor area was nice but needed a bit of TLC. Non-chain coffee shop, restaurant and dog-friendly brewery all within walking distance.

Perfect for our needs

Small but has all essentials. Was super easy to get into and had a driveway to park in. Had a small issue upon arriving, but host was incredibly responsive and fixed issue in under 5 minutes. Not only do the hosts live nearby but so does the family that helps maintain and clean the vrbo, which is so rare these days. Would stay again.

Great efficiency studio

The property was just as described and worked out well for me and my small dog. There was a hiccup with check-in, but Jamey got back to me very quickly and sorted it out. Nice experience overall.

Beautiful Apt 5 Miles from Beale St.

This apartment is situated in the back of another VRBO location (a house). There was another family using the house at the same time we were in the apartment, but there is plenty of room for both! Each has their own parking. The apartment was easy to access, very clean, the hosts were great and the location is perfect! We plan to come back! Highly recommend.

Spacious and clean, needs a new mattress

This property was pretty spacious and clean with lots of privacy. Although the back yard was not fully fenced as I thought it would be, my dogs loved it. My only complaint was that the bed mattress was very old and uncomfortable. We only stayed for one night but it was a good deal for the price.
