This four-bedroom, two-bath home is tucked away from the hustle and bustle while being just a quick drive away from the city. This newly renovated 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is only 14 minutes away from Snowden Grove Park and Amphitheater as well as the new Silo Square. Only 17 minutes from Tanger Outlets and 30 minutes or less to Beale street, the FedEx Forum, Bass Pro at the Pyramid, Graceland, Sun Studios, and many more Memphis attractions. This house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom down as well as the same on the upper level. This house is a great stay for all your needs in the greater Memphis-Metro.

Family Thanksgiving
It was a very nice neighborhood and property. My son, granddaughter, great grandson, and myself stayed here, and had a very nice Thanksgiving with my grandson and his family in Holly Springs. It was perfect.

Perfect House!
Everything was great! Bed were comfy and lots of space! The location of the house is just perfect! Town is less 20 min away! Neighborhood is awesome! We had no issues whatsoever! Mrs. Sue was easy to get in touch with and avaiable to answer all our questions! The only negative thing I have to say is the house just needs a deep cleaning. When we arrived the bathrooms and rooms were dusty and just needed a good cleaning! Other than that perfect house!

Clean and comfortable
We went to Mississippi for a baseball tournament, and needed a quiet cozy house. This property was perfect, family friendly and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Sue was amazing in communicating and friendly. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be staying here again if we travel back for baseball!

Clean, centrally located property. Key lock code didn't work initially and took a while to find the owners phone number while standing in the rain. Bathrooms not equipped with soap/shampoo - maybe I missed that detail when I booked - but otherwise a good property.
